Our workplaces are in skilled nursing facilities across three counties in the western Wisconsin region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Norseland Nursing Home<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is looking for a professional <\/span><b>Registered Nurse<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for full and part-time positions on the PM shift and part-time on nights. We offer <\/span><b>excellent wages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, paid time off that carries over every year, shift differentials, <\/span><b>weekend differentials<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, excellent benefits, referral bonuses and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medication administration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assess individual residents\u2019 needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan, implement and evaluate care plans for a defined group of residents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervises CNA\u2019s working in assigned unit and directs them in their job duties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medical documentation of all information regarding a resident\u2019s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing in the electronic charting system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Routine rounds with all patients in assigned unit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>RN Skills and Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must have an RN License.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience working in Assisted Living or Long-term care is beneficial, but not required.
