MERIT Centre continues to provide services for our participants. We’re busy with projects, games, arts, crafts, baking sessions, meals, exercise, and finding ways to entertain our participants! Can we help you with adult day services?

Adult Day Services are billed as private pay or Medical Assistance Family Care program.

About Us

Who We Serve

Older adults, and adults with disabilities, including but not limited to persons with developmental disabilities, advanced age, dementia/Alzheimer’s, traumatic brain injury, physical disabilities, and mental health support needs.

Hours of Operations

Mon. to Fri., 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Closed New Years, Memorial Day, Labor day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Payment Options

Self/Private Pay, VA, Family Care, and IRIS Accepted

“MERIT Centre Today” Fund Helps New Adult Day Care Participants in the La Crosse Area

Thanks to a grant from the La Crosse Community Foundation’s Bramschreiber Family Fund, in Memory of Karl Bramschreiber, the gift can help provide short term funding for persons whose financial resources limit their ability to attend the MERIT Centre Adult Day Care. These monies can be used to “try it out” or to start a regular schedule while seeking resources for on-going financial support. We hope this will allow us to support participants and their families expediently.

The MERIT Centres are certified by the state of Wisconsin.
